Our Company

River City Landscaping, Inc is owned and operated by Rick and Beth Abalos and is a design/build landscape construction company that has been creating custom landscapes throughout the Sacramento area since 1988.

Our company prides itself on the relationships we build with homeowners, which allows us to create a unique landscape designed specifically for the clients needs.have been working together for 17 years creating custom landscapes around the Sacramento area. Our team of personally trained employees have been with us from eight up to twelve years.

Rick is our President. He has been a licensed contractor since 1988 and has been installing residential and commercial landscapes for 25 years. He is currently serving on the board of the Sacramento Valley Contractors Association.

Beth is the landscape designer for the company. She is a member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers, certified in river friendly landscape practices, and is also a licensed contractor.
